1. Sit back and get comfortable.
2. Butter up a Phil the Fire fluffy, golden cinnamon-spiced Belgian waffle.
3. Place your favorite piece of Phil the Fire fried chicken* over the waffle.
4. Lightly season with our tasty hot sauce.
5. Pour syrup over both the chicken* & waffle.
6. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
7. Put fork through both chicken* and waffle.
8. Open wide.
9. Insert fork into mouth.
10. Repeat steps 6 through 11 until satisfied.

Wine Tasting and Jazz

Phil the Fire comes alive with the sound of jazz from 6:30 to 9:30 pm.  On May 3 saxophonist Russell Thompson, May 17 flautist Herb Wilborn, Jr., May 24 bassist Skip Edwards leads his trio and on May 31, jazz vocalist Shari Hunter will delight the audience with her vocal stylings.  May 10 will feature the popular R&B band The Benjaminz for a special event.

We wanted to bring savory, enticing southern-style cooking to Northeast, Ohio!

Your taste buds will tingle with delight thanks to our homemade cornbread, sauteed collard greens, mouthwatering grits and fluffy, hot biscuits smothered in meaty gravy. Our scrumptious sweet potato pecan pie drizzled with cinnamon and bursting with brown sugar and nutmeg will surely become one of your favorites.
